    Do You Ship Internationally?

    At this time, we can ship to Canada and the United States.

    When Will my Order Ship?

    Once we receive your order we get to work on processing your order which will take 1-3 days. You will then get a shipping notification and tracking notice once your order ships out.

    How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

    We ship all across Canada using Canada Post, once processed Tracking Information will be added to your Order for you to get updates on estimates from Canada Post.

    Please Note: Due to Covid-19 Canada Post is unable to Guarantee Posted Shipping Estimates. We will do our best to get your Order to you as quickly as possible. Please contact us if you have any concerns or questions.

    How do I place an Order?

    To place an order first select the Kit(s) and/or Craft(s) from our selection. Once selected enter the Quantity and Add to Cart. You will be prompted to View Cart, Checkout or Continue Shopping. When ready click the Cart Icon located in the Top Right which will take you to your Shopping Cart.

    How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

    At this time due to Covid-19 once a Kit is processed and ships there is no way for us to cancel or change your order.

    Do I need an account to place an order?

    Although it’s not required to create an account to place an order, we do highly suggest you select the Create Account option while ordering to allow for easy tracking and updates.

    How Do I Track My Order?

    Once you have placed your order there are two methods to follow the progress of your order. Tracking Numbers are added once your order has been marked Shipped.

    How Can I Return a Product?

    Due to Covid-19 all sales are final, exceptions can be requested but not guaranteed if the item has not yet been shipped. Our team will always due our best to help with all requests made.
